Since 1985, Sacmi Forni is a company of Sacmi Group, world leading producer of machines and complete plants for Ceramics, Beverage & Packaging, Processing and Plastics.

Sacmi Forni's core business is the design and production of thermal machines for the ceramics industry. The company's operations, which started in the area of ceramic tiles, subsequently developed to embrace related fields (extruded products, bricks, frit kilns, technical ceramics, etc.).

The company, which is based at the heart of the Modena and Reggio Emilia ceramics, currently  has four divisions:

Automation: dedicated to industrial automation. The main areas of specialisation are the production of sorting and packaging lines and palletization systems for the ceramics industry.

Ceramic: dedicated to the design and the production of thermal machines for tiles, flat extruded products and frits.

Heavy Clay: focused on the design and the production of thermal machines for bricks and roof tiles.

3rd Firing & Trims (Kemac): dedicated to the design and the production of complete solutions for 3rd Firing and Trims.
